Returns Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase or change your mind, full priced items can be returned for a store credit (no refund) within 14 days of purchase. You can then use this credit to purchase your new item(s) either online or in store. Items will only be accepted if returned in its original condition, undamaged and with original item packaging. Please contact sales@walltowallinteriors.com.au in regards to your item and await confirmation before sending back returns. Customers who received a broken/damaged item; an item with a manufacturing fault; or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a full refund or replacement as per our discretion and stock availability; please contact sales@walltowallinteriors.com.au (with photographic evidence) if this has occurred before sending the item back. We do not refund or issue store credits for change of mind on pre-orders/custom orders, or on sale items.

Pre-orders which have not been fulfilled/dispatched yet can be cancelled; please contact sales@walltowallinteriors.com.au asap to check the status of your pre-order and confirm cancellation. If you order is already in the process of being dispatched from our store we will not be able to cancel it.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on jewellery/spa products/tea products so please choose wisely. Postage must be covered to send the item back to us. It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

Store credits expire within 6 months, and can be used on any item. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-5 business days.
